I bring over 15 years of experience in commercial aviation, working in a highly regulated, safety-critical environment where clear decision-making, risk management, and operational discipline are essential. That background has shaped how I approach complex problems: define them carefully, reduce ambiguity, and build solutions that are reliable, practical, and easy to operate.

Alongside my primary career, I run Project 123 Digital Services, a small practice focused on designing and delivering custom, technology-driven micro-solutions for organizations that need targeted tools rather than large, off-the-shelf platforms. This work is selective and purpose-built, applying the same structured thinking and accountability required in aviation operations.

I’m a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM), and Wicked Problem Solving Practitioner, with experience translating real-world operational needs into lightweight, maintainable systems. My interests include automation, streamlined web tools, and digital workflows that reduce friction instead of adding complexity.

In parallel, I volunteer with Rotary Halifax Harbour, supporting communications, digital strategy, and custom tooling to help community initiatives operate more effectively. Much of this work involves enabling volunteer-driven organizations with simple, well-designed technology that supports coordination and engagement without unnecessary overhead.
